Service Delivery Policy

Lootbeez sells digital advertising services only. No physical goods are shipped.

What you buy

A sponsored placement on lootbeez.info (Hot Deals, Featured Brand Card, Homepage Banner or Category Sponsor) for the duration you choose: 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

When it is delivered

Your placement goes live automatically as soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment to our server — usually within a few seconds, at most a few minutes. With fixed pricing and a future start date, it goes live at midnight IST on that date.

Confirmation

You receive an on-site notification and a receipt in Dashboard → Payments with the order ID, amount, placement and campaign dates.

Position

Placements are ordered by total amount paid; your position can change if other brands pay more. A payment buys a campaign for the chosen duration, not a fixed position.

Delivery problems

If your payment succeeded but your placement is not live within 1 hour, email lootbeezinvest@gmail.com with your order ID. Undelivered placements are refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
