Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lootbeez.info and its related services (together, "Lootbeez", "we", "us"). Lootbeez is operated by Abhishek Kumar, Hariwatika Chowk, Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar, India. By creating an account, listing a brand, making a payment or otherwise using Lootbeez you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Lootbeez.

1. Definitions

"Brand" means a website, app, creator, business, store, game, tool or other entity listed on Lootbeez. "Listing" means a Brand profile on Lootbeez. "Placement" means a paid position on Lootbeez such as Hot Deals, a Featured Brand Card, the Homepage Banner or a Category Sponsor slot. "Contribution" means a payment made for a Placement that has been verified by our payment partner. "Campaign" means the period for which a Contribution keeps a Brand in a Placement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use Lootbeez on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately through Support if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

4. Listing a Brand

Listing a Brand is free. You may list only Brands that you own or are authorised to represent. Every Listing is reviewed before it is published. We may reject, edit for formatting, suspend or remove a Listing that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading or in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy. Changing a Brand's name, destination link or logo sends it back for review. A Brand you list remains yours; you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display its name, logo, description and link on Lootbeez and in promotion of Lootbeez for as long as it is listed.

5. Directory listings

To make Lootbeez useful from day one, we may list well-known companies using publicly available information (name, category, country, public website). Such Listings are organic, unpaid and not verified; they do not imply any relationship with, or endorsement by, the company. An authorised representative can claim, correct or ask us to remove such a Listing through Support.

6. Placements and how Contributions work

Placements run for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. By default you choose the amount you want to pay, at or above the minimum shown at checkout. Inside each Placement, Brands are shown in order of the total of their currently running Campaigns, highest first, up to the number of slots for that Placement. Paying again for the same Placement adds to your running total. When a Campaign ends, its amount stops counting for that Placement. Where fixed pricing is switched on, the fixed price and booking dates shown at checkout apply instead. A Placement may be outranked at any time by Brands that have paid more; a payment buys a Campaign, not a guaranteed position.

7. Hot Deals

Hot Deals has three Hot Seats on the homepage. When all three seats are taken, a Brand that does not hold a seat can take one only if its total is more than the lowest seat's total. A Brand that already has a running total adds its new payment to that total. Seats are re-ordered automatically by total.

8. Rankings, Champion and Brand of the Day

Lootbeez rankings order Brands by verified, non-refunded Contributions. They show which Brands have invested most in visibility; they are not a measure of quality, safety, popularity or trustworthiness, and are not a recommendation. The Champion is the all-time #1 and Brand of the Day is the #1 for the current day (India Standard Time). See "How rankings work" for full details.

9. Prices, currency and taxes

All amounts on Lootbeez are in US dollars (USD) unless clearly stated otherwise. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees, which are outside our control. Amounts include applicable taxes unless your invoice states otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you in your own country.

10. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card details. A Campaign starts only after our server has verified the payment with the payment partner; a redirect or confirmation screen alone is not proof of payment. We may cancel an order if the paid amount does not match the order or the payment is reversed.

11. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refunded payments are removed from all rankings when the refund is processed.

12. Your responsibilities and content

You are solely responsible for your Brand, its website and anything you submit to Lootbeez. You confirm that your content does not infringe anyone's rights, that you hold all necessary licences, and that your Brand and destination link comply with applicable laws, including consumer-protection and advertising rules.

13. Prohibited conduct

You must not: manipulate rankings, clicks or analytics (including with bots or self-dealing payments intended to deceive); use stolen or unauthorised payment methods; interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Lootbeez; scrape Lootbeez at a scale that burdens the service; impersonate any person or company; or use Lootbeez for anything unlawful or harmful. 14. Intellectual property

Lootbeez, its design, software, graphics and the Lootbeez name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them except as allowed by law. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

15. Third-party websites

Listings link to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, services, privacy practices or availability. Visiting them is at your own risk.

16. Disclaimers

Lootbeez is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranties, express or implied, including about uninterrupted availability, specific traffic, clicks, sales or results from any Placement.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Lootbeez is limited to the amount you paid us for the Campaign concerned in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses, costs and claims arising from your Brand, your content, your breach of these Terms or your breach of any law or third-party right.

19. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Lootbeez and request account deletion at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or end your access, remove Listings or cancel Campaigns if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Where we cancel a paid Campaign for reasons other than your breach, the unused portion is refunded.

20. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use Lootbeez after changes take effect means you accept them.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar, India.
